Went in for a mani pedi. Once the pedicure was done, the lady told me I was good to go and I asked her if it was dry. I've been getting this done for years so I know it cannot be dry this quickly. She put on plastic on my toes and told me I was good to leave. As soon as I got home it was all smudged. I called them and they told me to come back. Once I came back I was told to pay 5$ more again despite it being their employee's mistake for them to redo it. Avoid this place!! You just lost a customer of years.

So this nail salon does a decent shellac manicure and it lasts about 3 weeks. Which is actually great !! I've only been twice but both times I was decently happy with the results. The one thing that really bothers me is their lack of professionalism. They are not very kind on the phone and in person. They do not try to talk to you and when I asked to clean a nail better they get mad at me and start giving me attitude. One of the ladies cannot speak a word of English and only responds in French which is frustrating to have a conversation with her. Overall they do good manicures but the customer service can be improved. I also asked for change for a 20$ bill and then I gave back a five and said can I have chnage please for this 5$ and due to the language barrier and difficulties speaking English the lady just turned around and gave my money to the man who did my nails. I was asking for change, I guess she did not understand. I ended up just leaving because she couldn't understand what I was saying.
horrible service. I was told the prices vary depending on whether your a regular customer or not. I came here months back to get my acrylics removed I was charged 12$ it wasn’t the best service but they got the job done. Today I decided to go back for a removal once again and they charged DOUBLE because I wasn’t “ a regular client. It was a painful experience. Not once did the guy removing my nails say a word to me he just proceeded to rip off my nails with an acrylic tip. Do not recommend this place at all.
